Terms and Conditions

Violating the Terms and Conditions shall eliminate the agreement between the parties.

The following conditions apply to all artstylesDo's♡ Personas/OC's (can be POC)
♡ Cat ears, horns, fang teeth or humanoids with a bit of animal physical features

♡ Semi-NSFW
♡ Semi-Gore
♡ Semi-Mecha | Androids
♡ Couples
♡ LGBTQ Characters (in case I still have to indicate that)
♡ Pet PortraitsDon'ts♡ Intense Mecha
♡ Exhaustive Backgrounds
♡ Full Furry
♡ Intense Gore
♡ Themes promoting hate/violence
♡ Sexual Depiction or heavy NSFW of under 18y/o characters.Process♥ After discussing the necessary details regarding the piece, the artist will send a payment request to the client through their PayPal or GCash as payment up-front method will apply.♥ The artist will update the client with the sketch and proceed to discuss any necessary changes.♥ No more big changes once the artist has started working ahead of the sketch. Extra charges may apply if so.♥ The artist shall continue to update the client of their commissioned piece throughout its making.♥ There will be at least 3 - 10 days of working time for the artist. The artist will tell the client when they start working on it and that shall be the time basis, the time to take to finish the client's piece may be affected by their entry/slot or availability of the artist. Any specific deadline must be clearly discussed by the client to the artist to avoid any inconvenience to both side.♥ The Artist will be needing full understanding and cooperation from the Client when it comes to their schedule since this Artist is in college and is often busy. The Artist will be doing their part in communicating and updating the client.♥ The Artist will be needing your email because they will send the commissioned piece through there so that the art quality is in its best possible state.

🍓Payment Terms🍓

** Mode of Payment**International - PayPal ONLY
Local - GCash or Bank Transfer♥ STRICTLY NO REFUNDS AFTER AN AGREEMENT, ESPECIALLY WHEN PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. If you are unsure of commissioning the artist, do not give them the payment yet nor have any agreement with them so that the client doesn't waste both their and the artist's time.♥ Price may change depending on the complexity of the drawing or any additional details on the drawing.♥ If the client requests big changes to the artwork after lineart and coloring phase, there will be an extra charge of $5. Make sure to indicate all necessary details and changes during or before the sketch.♥ The Artist is only accepting full payment up-front due to repetitive experience of getting ghosted or cancelled on by clients mid-project.♥ Once the artist confirms that the piece is done, the client must provide their email so that the artist can give/send the final artwork.

🍓 Copyright & Usage Policy🍓

__Breaking the Copyright Terms will take away any right that the client had over the commissioned piece __♥ The Artist has the right over the commissioned piece and may only use it as a sample in their portfolio, advertisement, and self-promotion.♥ The Client may only use the commissioned piece for personal use. Therefore, the client cannot;♡ Take credit for the creation of the commissioned piece.♡ Distribute the artwork commercially (making money or profit out of it without the consent of the Artist).♡ Removing or altering the Artist's watermark without the Artist's consent.♡ Feeding the commissioned piece or any of the Artist's creations to any forms of AI or NFT.
